When will my order ship?

Many items are handmade and are noted as Made to Order. Please refer to the listing’s description for handmade time frame.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns/exchanges due to the handmade and/or fragile nature of the items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact within 72 hours of stamped delivery to insure a resolution. Photos of the item and packaging will be needed for insurance purposes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Orders do not include duties & taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt by buyer. Shipping time frame is about 10-20 days.
